The RIM BlackBerry Tour2 9650 on its way to Verizon´s catalogue?
A picture of the RIM BlackBerry Tour2 9650 (also known as the Essex) with Verizon´s logo on it has surfaced on the Internet. We have already reported that the unlocked version of the handset is available at eBay and that we expect to see it in Big Red´s catalogue soon, but it´s the first time we´ve seen image of the device with the carrier´s logo on it. The picture has appeared on the website of the famous Solomondrin, who has been known for his ability to provide quite an accurate information on RIM-made smartphones. According to the guy, branded handsets typically roll out in about a month following the appearance of such pictures on the Internet. In other words, there is a pretty good chance that we see the RIM BlackBerry Tour2 9650 make its début in Verizon´s product catalogue mid January 2010.
