Interested in the Samsung Galaxy S9+? Would you be more interested if the handset was discounted by $100? That's the deal being offered by Amazon on the unlocked U.S. version of the phone, which is priced at $739.99 for a limited time only. The discounted price is available only on the Midnight Black version of the phone. And because it is the U.S. model of the Galaxy S9+, it is powered by the Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with the Adreno 630 GPU included.

Just in case you've forgotten, the Galaxy S9+ features a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED display carrying a resolution of 1440 x 2960. This works out to an aspect ratio of 18.5:9, which is what Samsung employs with its Infinity Display. 6GB of RAM is inside along with 64GB of expandable storage. There is a dual camera setup on back (12MP + 12MP), and the primary camera features the variable aperture system and includes OIS. In front is an 8MP selfie snapper, and a 3500mAh battery keeps the lights on. Android Oreo is pre-installed. The unit has an IP68 certification rating, allowing it to be submerged in up to 5 feet of water for as long as 30 minutes.
