Samsung rolls out 4.1 Jelly Bean update to Galaxy Note, S II in March, Ace 2 in April
Samsung has revealed its update schedule for existing Android smartphones, and the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S II will both get the 4.1 Jelly Bean update in March, while more affordable devices like the Galaxy Ace 2 and S Advance will start receiving the update in April. The information comes from the official Samsung Ukraine website, and is likely true for all unlocked handsets, while for those having a carrier branded device, the process might take longer.

All devices mentioned below will be updated to Android 4.1.2, and good news is that some tablets are also included in that list. The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Tab 8.9 are getting bumped up to Jelly Bean.
