Samsung S425G QWERTY slider is revealed to be TracFone bound
Far from being the most prized thing in the mobile scene, Samsung announced today the upcoming availability of the Samsung S425G for TracFone.
Sporting the precarious landscape sliding QWERTY form factor, the Samsung S425G will give heavy texters something to work with – while still sprinkling all of the normal set of features accustomed to any modern phone. Specifically, it features a 2.4” QVGA display, 2-megapixel camera, video recording, Bluetooth, speakerphone, music & video players, and microSD card slot.
On the software front, the S425G is running a Java-based platform, while social networking integration with Facebook, Twitter, and instant messaging apps will ensure that you’re constantly in the know surrounding your circle of friends. Although it’s known to be TracFone bound, their pricing and exact availability dates are still not mentioned – though, we’re certain it’ll be light on the pockets and very soon. Therefore, if you're looking for something that'll aid in your texting skills, the Samsung S425G might be good enough if you happen to be a TracFone customer.
