Samsung Gear S3 expected to launch in the US on November 18

It’s been a few months since Samsung unveiled the Gear S3, pre-orders for the smartwatch are finally opening in the US and the UK. Pre-orders will officially begin in the US on November 6, but AT&T has already started accepting pre-orders as of today, while the Gear S3 is expected to hit store shelves in the US on November 18, according to The Verge.

The smart wearable will be available from a variety of retailers, such as Best Buy and Macy’s, as well as online, from Amazon or Samsung directly. Verizon and T-Mobile have yet to announce pricing for the LTE version of the Gear S3, while AT&T is already offering two ways to pre-order the watch. It can be purchased on AT&T Next (20 monthly payments of $17.50), or for $49.99 by signing a two-year contract with the purchase of a new Samsung Galaxy handset on AT&T Next. The Gear S3 is also listed on Best Buy’s website for $349.49 but pre-orders are have not yet been opened.

The Samsung Gear S3 comes in two models, the Classic and Frontier, The Classic is more reminiscent of a luxury watch, whereas the Frontier features a more rugged design and is obviously geared toward the sporty types. Both models are currently priced at the equivalent of $350 on Samsung's UK site, with shipments expected to start arriving on November 11. pre-orders are have not yet been opened.

but no one complains about the aluminum square watch that starts at $400. $600 for the stainless steel, which is the same material this watch offers.

AT&T actually has it on a 2 year contract for $249 I am sure Verizon will be at $300 on contract. I wanted to buy it from at&t and use it for Verizon but after paying data fees on at&t I will probably wind up paying more for it. I am also getting it for an iPhone and Samsung keeps promising it will soon work with an iPhone but they said the same for the gear s2 and that didn't happen. I will just bite the bullet and just get it on Verizon the watch looks too nice to pass up. Apple need a round design watch like the gear s3.
