New Samsung Galaxy S8 renders show a purple / violet color option
Next week, on March 29, when Samsung will finally announce the Galaxy S8 series, it may not have too many novelties left to reveal. We already know tons of details about the Galaxy S8 and S8+, and we've seen both smartphones in various leaked images. If you want to check out the Galaxy S8 once more, we can now take a look at some renders showing a purple / violet version of it - next to a more ordinary black variant.

These new renders come from Evan Blass (aka @evleaks), who is usually spot on with leaked information, and they make an appearance mere days after live photos allegedly showing a purple S8 were leaked out. It's not exactly clear if what we have here is the 5.8-inch Galaxy S8, or the 6.2-inch Galaxy S8+, but the two handsets look pretty much the same anyway.  It remains to be seen if both will be offered in exactly the same colors.

All in all, the Galaxy S8 will seemingly have at least four color versions: black, purple, gray, and silver. Coral blue, gold, and white may be in the cards, too, though it's likely that availability of certain models will depend on market.

If you're planning to buy a Samsung Galaxy S8, which color do you think you'd rather get?
