Samsung Champ receives the Hello Kitty makeover

Samsung Champ receives the Hello Kitty makeover
Although it's cuddly and cute, it's very rare for US consumers to see a handset that's completely branded from head-to-toe with Hello Kitty written all over it. Well, if you're a hardcore fan, you may want to check out the Samsung Champ which is the latest handset to receive the Hello Kitty makeover.

Launching over in Taiwan, the special edition of the Samsung Champ is decked out in an adorable white/pink color combination with the forever recognizable Hello Kitty logo on it. Not stopping at the exterior level, the handset even comes pre-loaded with an assortment of Hello Kitty animations and wallpapers to truly deck out the handset in Hello Kitty fashion.

Aside from that, you're treated to the usual list of features – like a 2.4” QVGA touchscreen, 1.3-megapixel camera, microSD card slot, Bluetooth, FM radio, Sound Alive 3D effects, 3.5mm headset jack, social networking integration, and TouchWiz Lite.

So if this is something your truly crave, you're going to have to import it – but it shouldn't be too bad since it's priced at NT$4,990 ($162).
