Report: Elephone P9000 flagship will be compatible with U.S. and Canadian 4G LTE bands
The Elephone P9000 is the manufacturer's flagship phone. Unlike many of the handsets produced by smaller Chinese smartphone producers, Elephone has reportedly confirmed that this device will support 4G LTE bands in the U.S. and Canada. Which means that those in North America who find this phone appealing, will be able to purchase it and use it as their daily driver.
So what do you get with the Elephone P9000? How about a 5.5-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution. A MediaTek Helio P10 chipset will be under the hood, and the model will feature 4GB of RAM . There will be a 21MP snapper on the back, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a Type-C USB port on the bottom of the phone.
Back during the summer, the Elephone P9000 was rumored to be launching in the fourth quarter. It appears that the handset could be released in that timeframe. We should be hearing more information about the phone, including full specs and pricing, in the not too distant future.
