PUBG Mobile updated with new Miramar Map, progress missions, more

PUBG Mobile has just received a new update that gives players access to a new Miramar Map ahead of Xbox players. The new update is dubbed v0.5.0 and is available on both the Android and iOS platforms.

The announcement made by developers via Twitter is pretty on point as to what exactly has been added in the update. No additional details have been mentioned, but veterans already know what to expect since the devs have teased some of the new features introduced today in the past.

Aside from the Miramar Map, update 0.5.0 kicks off Season 2 of the game and adds progress missions, secret stash, local quick teams, and region system.

Although the folks behind PUBG Mobile announced the update today, its availability depends on the region, so not everyone might get it at the same time. Even so, as mentioned earlier, Android and iOS players will be getting the new map before Xbox One owners, so that's a big plus.
