OnePlus reveals the price of its One smartphone for Europe: under €350
OnePlus today once again confirmed that its upcoming CyanogenMod-based One smartphone would not be expensive, despite the fact that it’s going to offer lots of high-end features and a premium build quality.

European customers looking forward to buying a OnePlus One should be happy to know that the handset will cost “under €350” in Europe. This was revealed by OnePlus’ CEO on Facebook. Last month, OnePlus stated that the smartphone’s price in US Dollars would be under $400. Of course, €350 means more than $400 ($479.75, to be exact), but European taxes are likely to blame for the slightly higher price.

OnePlus will officially unveil its One later this month, on April 23. We’re guessing that the handset will go on sale not long after that. The known features of the smartphone include a 5.5-inch 1080p display, quad-core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, a 13MP rear camera made by Sony, and a promising 3,100 mAh battery. There will be "StyleSwap" replaceable back covers available at launch.

Since OnePlus managed to keep its handset under wraps until now, we have no idea what it looks like. Let's hope it will impress us.

Probably going to be a pretty sweet OS since it is being designed by enthusiasts and not hired coders forced by some corporation to give them products laid out by the marketing department.

Don't think so. Though it looks like it might be a better value.

It's android based OS, dude. You are given the freedom to modify it more than you can get from the non rooted stock android.

Don't phones usually cost more in Europe than in the US anyway? So under $400 ($399.99) is still possible.

Hopefully, 480 bucks would kill almost all of the hype I had for this thing

Yeah, it's because of the tax. European tax is pretty high.

It's getting better. The problem is that I'll never see it in Brazil.

I thought you can only order it via web? Since they won't make a physical store anywhere.
