OnePlus 6T officially confirmed by Russian regulatory agency
The first details about the OnePlus 6T came last week from “people familiar with the launch plans” and suggested the smartphone will be backed by a US carrier, T-Mobile. We now have the first official confirmation that the phone exists and that it will indeed be introduced this year (if nothing unusual happens).

The phone, which goes by model number OnePlus A6013, has been recently certified by EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission). Unfortunately, aside from the fact that it's really happening, the listing at EEC doesn't reveal any details about the OnePlus 6T's specs.

Based on previous reports, T-Mobile may sell the OnePlus 6T for just $550 outright, which is close to the OnePlus 6's MSRP (just $20 higher). When it comes to hardware, there's a high chance that the OnePlus 6T will be equipped with a Snapdragon 845 processor and either 6GB or 8GB RAM (more likely both).

Since OnePlus usually “borrows” many of the specs from high-end Oppo phones (Oppo owns OnePlus), we wouldn't be surprised if the OnePlus 6T will boast a large 6.4-inch AMOLED display, a dual camera (12MP + 20MP), and a secondary 25-megapixel front camera. These are the exact specs of the Oppo R17 Pro, which was recently announced as a mid- to high-end phone due to its Snapdragon 710 CPU.

We're convinced that more details about the OnePlus 6T's specs will emerge in the coming weeks, but we're equally interested to find out when is the smartphone going to be launched on the market.
