Nook Audiobook app launches on Google Play Store
If you have poor eyesight, or don't have the time to read, a new app from Barnes and Noble is made just for you. Now available in the Google Play Store is Nook Audiobooks. You can listen to books being read to you from your Android phone or tablet. This is perfect for those with a long commute. Use your time behind the wheel, or on the train, to catch up on your reading.

The app is free and when you sign up, Barnes and Noble will let you choose a pair of books (out of five) that you can listen to for free. The five books that you can choose from change weekly. Most books have a free sample that you can listen to. And if your car supports Bluetooth, you can listen to an audiobook directly from your car's speakers.

Besides the Google Play Store, the Nook Audiobook app can also be found on the Nook App Storefront.
