Nokia launches the world’s first exhibition of pictures taken with a phone
Nokia Ireland has decided to combine art with subtle advertising. The result is called “A thousand Reasons for living”- the world’s first photographic exhibition, where all the pictures have been taken with Nokia mobile phones. The author of the photos - the amateur photographer Don Mullan took pictures of famous landmarks, modern icons and interesting events all over the world, using his N-series smart phones Nokia N73 and Nokia N95.

What makes the exhibition even more interesting is the fact that photographs are neither enhanced, nor edited. This turns the exhibition into what we would call “The world’s most beautiful camera sample gallery”. What we’ve seen from the photos looks promising, so the exhibition is probably worth seeing even if you’re not particularly interested in the N-series’ camera capabilities. The event launches tomorrow and will stay open to general public until 28.April, so you can go see it if you happen to be in Dublin at around this time. Moreover, entry is free.
