Nokia X stars in short hands-on video before May 16 unveiling
Nokia X is the first smartphone launched by HMD Global that will feature the notch. The handset was officially showcased at a 4-day event in Beijing, China, last week, but no details about its availability, price and specs have been announced yet.

According to a leaked invitation, the Nokia X will be officially introduced on May 16 and may be available for purchase a few days later for around $250. Given the price, we believe the Nokia X will be a mid-range smartphone that's meant to appeal to those who like the notch.

A short hands-on video with the Nokia X, which was made at the event has just appeared on YouTube. It shows the smartphone from all angles but does not give any information on its specs.

Since we've seen quite a lot of pictures of the upcoming Nokia-branded smartphone, the video may not be such a major revelation. On top of that, we don't get to see the notched display, but we're offered a closer look at the dual-camera setup on the back side.

Although the Nokia X will be initially introduced in China, we expect HMD Global to bring it to other markets soon afterward, but for a slightly higher price.
