Nokia Lumia 1030 concept portrays a sleek, aluminum PureView dreamphone

Rumors about the successor to the ultimate cameraphone, the Nokia Lumia 1020, have gained traction recently, and whispers suggest that Microsoft is preparing a Lumia 1030 of sorts with a massive, 50-megapixel PureView camera.

While all this is merely a rumor, it's only logical to expect the awesome PureView technology to get a successor in the near future, eventually. And now, designer Jonas Daehnert, has drawn a gorgeous 3D concept of such a Microsoft Lumia 1030.

The concept shows the Lumia 1030 made of metal, with a single strip of plastic on the bottom that is there for better signal reception. Also, it imagines such a device would have a 2.5D curved screen, and that signature pillow shape form of recent Nokia designs.

Given the rumor for a 50-megapixel camera, we cannot help ourselves from also joining the speculating and pointing out that only the Snapdragon 810 will support such a massive resolution, so that could be another characteristic of the Lumia 1030. Take a look at this concept and its style right below: how do you like it?
