No fallen idol here! Nokia Lumia 920 appears in Kelly Clarkson video
Nokia continues to ring up the product placements. Recently we saw Jennifer Lopez texting with Pitbull on a Nokia Lumia 920 during J-Lo's newest music video. Now, Kelly Clarkson is seen with the same device on another new music video. Ms. Clarkson, who will be forever known as the very first American Idol winner back when the show was a real competition, gives Nokia its money's worth. Note how she slips the phone out of her jacket to reveal the branding. The phone is then turned over to display the Windows Phone UI. When it comers to promotion, Clarkson is a pro. And just look at those pictures taken in low-light!
Let's face it though, while some celebrities are true to one particular platform, others jump depending on how much cash is involved. While we were not privy to the financial details behind the deal Nokia has with J-Lo, back in 2011 we were telling you how loyal J-Lo was for sticking with the BlackBerry Bold 9900 in a music video. In a previous video, the singer/actress/ex-American Idol judge had displayed the BlackBerry PlayBook of all things.
