Leaked drawing reportedly shows the rear of the new LG-made Google Nexus

Leaked drawing reportedly shows the rear of the new LG-made Google Nexus
Later this year, Google is expected to launch two new Nexus smartphones: one made by Huawei, and another one made by LG.

According to previous rumors, the LG-made Nexus won't be based on the LG G4, and might feature a 3D dual camera, as well as a fingerprint scanner. With that in mind, we're presenting you a really interesting image that, according to @OnLeaks, shows a drawing of the new LG Nexus' rear case - see below.

The drawing, reportedly made by a case manufacturer, shows two circular holes (which could certainly accommodate a dual camera), and another almost-rectangular hole - perhaps for the camera's flash. It's said that this drawing is based on early information, so things might change before the new LG Nexus is officially announced.

Speaking of announcements, the new LG Nexus and Huawei Nexus could be introduced in October, both running Android M out of the box. Are you waiting for any of them?

P.S.: Pictured above is the LG Nexus 5 from 2013.

If it will be powered by Snap 810 (99%) or 808......(continue my sentence)

I hope they get it right, 5 to 5.2 inches 1080 screen, small bezels, no physical buttons on the face and give it a decent battery. The dual camera is a gimmick as far as I'm concerned and I doubt they would put that on a Nexus at this stage. I'll take an underclocked SD810 over an 808 any day.

i hope so... i mean i would PREFER the 820 but i'd take the 810 over the 808... even NOW that's considered a last gen processor... sorry lg g4...

It's supposed to be for a case, not the actual phone. You can't really tell much if it's just basically cut outs of the phone.

Fingerprint scanner? Definitely not a duo camera that's a horrible idea and Android M would have to support it

Agreed. The Nexus is more of a "reference" phone anyway. Don't think Google is about to put that much of a differentiating feature on a Nexus.

Very low chances of that happening, SD 820 won't be out until next year en masse and if I have to wait that long to get a normal phone I'll miss out on this Nexus too.

Yeah, It's only going to be a definite buy for me if it's got SD820 and 4GB LPDDR4 Ram

Looking forward to a new Nexus 5, enjoyed the old model a lot. Currently using a G3, but don't like its screen size. So will certainly look out for this one.

A flash would also be nice. I dont see a hole for a flash so I pressume this is not the final model.
