Can't fault this phone, really, especially if getting a good copy regarding the screen. Looks great, battery life is really good. But the price follows the recent trend of stupidly high prices. Sales will not be very good. All the manufacturers will suffer, not many will be fooled into paying around $1000 for a smartphone when there are a lot of very capable midrange phones.

I have 2 and the display is awesome. Check user reviews at Tmoble, Verizon, AT&T and on websites like this. Average scores are very high. Very few screen issues or anything else. Only the reviewers got bad handsets? I checked my screens for 3 hours and did not have uniformity problems, light bleed, nothing but perfection. Check out HDR content on YouTube. Amazing!

I feel less sad about not getting this over 2 LG G6s for $500, but man I wish this was more in the $500 range.

I had my v30 since October 5, and have had no screen issues described in the article's I have read. In fact I wouldn't trade this phone for any other on the market today, and I use to be a Samsung fanboy, up until I had the s7 edge, which I totally disliked because of that active edge screen.

Does anyone on here know how to view and post comments on safari on ios? I have to use Firefox to view and submit comments but I want to be able to use safari instead.

I'm so disappointed about this site. Some of the reviewers are not so clever with their write ups on phones review.
