LG G4 can be bought for just $380 at T-Mobile (after rebate)

If you're not interested in getting the LG V10 (which is available from T-Mobile starting today), but you still want a new LG handset, you should be happy to find out that you can now buy the LG G4 from T-Mobile at a very accessible price.

At the moment, the full retail price of the G4 at T-Mobile is $479.76. However, LG is running a promotion that lets you receive $100 back via a mail rebate, if you "purchase or lease on an equipment installment plan" the smartphone before November 6. This means that, after the $100 rebate, you'll end up paying just $379.76 for the LG G4 - which is definitely not a bad price for a device of its caliber. Make sure to read all the terms and conditions of the promotion available at the first source link below.

While the LG G4 is not as new as the V10, it's still pretty new, as it's been released by T-Mobile in May. Like the V10, the G4 is powered by a six-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, and runs Android Lollipop upgradeable to Marshmallow, though it's smaller, sporting a 5.5-inch Quad HD screen (instead of the 5.7-inch + 2.1-inch dual screen setup of the V10). You should. You may have to ask about the buyer's remorse or price protection. If they still balk, you could threaten to return it and buy a new one, wasting their time and inventory.

I'm torn between this and the 5x. Before the g4 was about the same price as a 32G 5x with protection plan. Now, shoot. Fingerprint reader isn't a deal breaker. Additional storage on lg is a plus but also isn't a deal breaker for 5x. Cameras seem basically on par. Outside of the spec comparison which I've been over if anyone wants to add their 2cents it's appreciated. Shame they don't have a more indepth comparison here with the nexus phones, just ealier comparisons against much more expensive phones.

Get the G4. Better design, way better screen and better camera. Plus, it usually gets better battery life and doesn't have issues like yellow screen or random lag like in Nexus 5X.

I just came from the T-Mobile store and had hands on with the V10. The phone is huge. Seriously huge. Everything wad nice and the I really wanted all the manual video features and all but I can't get past its size. I'll be getting the G4 next week.

I have the v10 in my hands at the moment. I don't think it's big at all. It's a little smaller than my old Nokia 1520 and it's a lot easier to handle with one hand than my 1520 because it's not as slippery. Maybe being 6'7' and having big long fingers really help.lol

Yeah it felt really big to me. A lot bigger than what the Lumia 1520 felt like for sure. But I want the features so bad that I'm considering getting it anyway. Decisions decisions.
