Holiday gift guide 2014 – accessories for smartphones and tablets
So, how is your holiday shopping list coming along? Still have blanks on it to fill with suitable presents? Well, for the past couple of days, we've been giving advice to folks in the exact same situation with our holiday shopping guides. Yesterday, we went over the tablets worth picking up, and the day before, we gave you our advice on which smartphones would make great gifts. But there's room for at least one more gift guide on our homepage, and we're sharing it with you today. Here's a whole bunch of sweet accessories you can get for friends and family.

Naturally, all of the accessories we're recommending are built with smartphones and tablets in mind – any tech-savvy person will be happy to find one of them in a colorful box with their name on it. And to make it easier for you to find the right gift, we've split our gift ideas into categories based on their cost. Although you know what they say, it is the thought that counts, not the value of the gift.

Alright, enough chatter. Time to take a look at the accessories you might want to put in a shiny box and give to a loved one. As usual, feel free to tell us which of the accessories below you find best!

I HIGHLY recommend the bose soundlink mini for everyone. I don't usually care for bose but it's been absolutely brilliant.

Xiaomi Pistons sound amazing... and that price definitely worth it.

I am listening to music on those piston earphones right now. I bought them a few months ago along with competitors, but these Xiaomi earbuds are exquisite, the best of my life, better and more durable than my old zillion dollar Bose. Seriously I can't recommend them enough.
