HTC Aria receives 2.2 update, but only in Southeast Asia
We're sorry, HTC Aria owners. It seems that you've been overlooked once again. HTC has finally issued an Android 2.2 update for your devices, but only in Southeast Asia. AT&T has made no mention of such an update here in the U.S.

The new build, 2.37.708.5, will bring tethering, enterprise support, and other performance increases to AT&T's oft-forgotten Android device. We know Android isn't really a priority for AT&T. After all, the majority of their smartphone sales are iPhones, so their focus lies mostly with Apple customers.

But we'd like to see some more support. If you just can't wait for AT&T to get around to it, feel free to download one of the leaked ROMs that would include the updated Sense 2.2. Or you can be patient and wait for AT&T to roll it out officially.
