Google Nexus 6 already out of stock on the first day of pre-orders
Just as expected, today Google started taking pre-orders for the Nexus 6 via Google Play. However, if you didn’t already place an order, right now you can’t do it anymore, as the huge Nexus is sold out. Out of stock. Gone.

Those who managed to pre-order a Nexus 6 have been informed by Google that the handset would start shipping on November 21. As you may already know, the new Nexus isn’t as affordable as the Nexus 4 or Nexus 5, carrying a premium price tag. The 32 GB version of the smartphone costs $649, while the 64 GB one can be yours for $699.

All major US carriers will also sell the Google Nexus 6, though for now they do not take pre-orders.

Manufactured by Motorola, the Nexus 6 is the first in the series to sport a 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD) display, and obviously also the first to run Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box. While some customers are complaining about the size of the Nexus 6 - since not everyone enjoys carrying a 6-inch device around - a Google exec recently said that, once you get used to a phablet, you’re probably not going to want to go back to a smaller device.

Did you get the chance to pre-order a Nexus 6? Or do you intend to buy one at some point?
