Nokia announced the opening of its first Flagship store in the Russian capital Moscow on December 8, which is part of the company's plan to open such stores in high profile locations in major cities all over the world in the next couple of years. The key objectives of the Flagship store are to push the sales as well as to showcase Nokia's full range of products and services in a suitable and comfortable environment. Consumers, helped by qualified staff will be able to try the latest Nokia products, acquire information about new services and technologies, get their new devices set-up and give feedback. There will be a gaming area in the Flagship stores where users will have direct access to the N-Gage Arena (Nokia's global mobile gaming network). Nokia intents to fully own and manage the Flag stores as well as make them main sales channels in the future.
