The conditions of the deal/s may have changed since the initial publishing of this post.

If the title doesn't ring a bell, let us summarize: the XCOM series are turn-based tactical video games developed by Firaxis – the studio that is behind the legendary Civilization franchise. The setting takes place in the near future, where an alien invasion threatens Earth. You take control of an elite paramilitary organization called XCOM, which is tasked with the defense of our planet. Alongside the aforementioned turn-based tactical gameplay, between missions, players are also responsible for R&D of new technologies, expanding XCOM's base of operations and monitoring and responding to alien activity.
XCOM: Enemy Within is a standalone expansion to XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and features the same core gameplay with the addition of new maps, enemies, tech, missions, abilities, and more. The title was initially released for PC, PS 3, and Xbox 360 in 2012, while the expansion premiered at the end of 2013. It has received a plethora of awards over a period of three years, and the mobile port is just as good as the PC/console versions.
Originally priced at $9.99, XCOM: Enemy Within has now received a massive 70% discount and is available on the App Store and Google Play for $2.99.
