Deal: NVIDIA Shield TV gets a 20% discount everywhere in the US

NVIDIA is running a promotion that you don't want to miss on the most expensive Shield TV bundle. The Android TV box is discounted by 20% at just about every major retailer in the United States, so if you were hunting for a good deal, this is it.

First off, you can get the Shield TV Smart Home Edition for $179 directly from NVIDIA's store. However, Amazon, Best Buy and Newegg offer the same deal, so it's entirely your choice. The bundle comes with SmartThings Link for additional SmartThings-compatible smart devices with Shield remote and the Google Assistant built-in.

Basically, the SmartThings Link turns the Shield into a Zigbee and Z-wave smart home hub that allows you to wirelessly monitor, connect and automate just about any compatible smart devices so they can all work together.

None of the other NVIDIA Shield TV bundles seem to have such a high discount, but this is definitely the lowest prices we've seen to date for the Smart Home Edition, so shop away if you need a great Android TV box.
