Apple names the Samsung devices it wants an injunction against
Now that Apple has a jury ruling in its favor, it is moving quickly to try and secure injunctions against eight of Samsung’s products. Many of them are not current devices, so Apple may be doing this as much for psychological impact as anything else.  Samsung isn’t sitting still either, as they are moving to get the injunction lifted against the Galaxy Tab 10.1, which was found to not infringe on Apple’s trade dress or patents. Samsung is also asking to be awarded the $2.6 million dollar bond that Apple had to post when they got the injunction. Since Apple failed to convince the jury that Samsung’s tablet infringed on anything, it would seem like the exact situation that those bonds are created for. It will be something of a pittance against the billion dollars in damages Apple was awarded, but we suppose it would be something of a moral victory.

Which devices are in Apple’s sights for its legal “hall of shame?” Check out the gallery below to find out - and if you want one, you may want to pick one up sooner rather than later!
