The Verizon-bound Motorola Droid Fighter
is a mystery device we don’t know much about, but this here leaked image seems to offer a first peek at the handset. With its 4.6-inch screen it easily dwarfs the current RAZR Maxx with its 4.3” display, and if we are to tie this with earlier rumors
the Fighter should be out and about in mid-April.
Is this the Motorola Droid Fighter?
The leaked picture shows the Droid Fighter side-to-side with the Droid RAZR, and you’d instantly notice Verizon’s branding on the upcoming phone is on the bottom, a place usually reserved for the standard set of four capacitive buttons on Gingerbread phones. Here they seem to be missing which hints strongly that we’re looking at a future Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone.
That’s about everything we know about the Motorola Droid Fighter, and we can only guess that with the big screen size usually come well performing internals. It also seems to retain the slim profile of the RAZR series while increasing the display size. How do you like what you see?
