Suspect Bluetooth
The Bluetooth signal is weak on this device. I warrantied out 2 of these because of the Bluetooth without it getting any better. I used the same Samsung WEP-200 on 3 other devices, so I know it was not the headset.

Excellent
Based on what i've had before...this phone is excellent. I upgraded from a Samsung A920. The only disappointment i had was the few video support files that it doesn't do. like 3gp videos and such. The battery life is alright on it. I still find myself charging it every night...but i do use my phone A LOT. The camera quality, call quality, and Samsung's menu's are really what make the phone stand out. and the fact that it's only 12 mm thin! Overall, i'm very happy with my purchase, and hope you guys will be to if you purchase the M610

this unit was great. i never thought how lucky am i having this unit. guys you should try this one. its very handy. and im sure you too will love its features
