Honor, a brand of Huawei, is bringing one of its most alluring phones to the United States: the Honor 5X. Starting today, you can order the sleek, metallic 5.5 incher on Amazon and NewEgg.

For a full retail price of just $200, the Honor 5X brings a lot to the table: a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920-pixel display, the fairly powerful Snapdragon 615 system chip with 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel main shooter and 16GB of internal storage with microSD card expansion option.

The Honor 5X runs the custom EMUI (that's 'Emotion UI', in case you were wondering) on top of Android, and it has proven to be a smooth-running skin that has a few visual influences borrowed from Apple's iOS (it also lacks an app drawer like many Chinese Android skins).

Having a metal body and fingerprint scanner on such an affordable phone are also two features that will make it stand its ground against the competition.

You can pre-order at the links right below, where you can choose one of three color options: dark grey, daybreak silver and sunset gold. Keep in mind that the Honor 5X is a dual-SIM phone with support AT&T and T-Mobile 4G LTE bands. You can also register your email address at HiHonor.com to get a pair of free headphones.
