T-Mobile comes up with new prepaid plan
Starting today, T-Mobile makes a new prepaid plan available, which will let customers talk nationwide at budget rates. The Pay By The Day plan will cost $1 a day if the phone is used, including free T-Mobile to T-Mobile calling all day and unlimited nationwide calling from 7 p.m. to 6:59 a.m. During the rest of the day, domestic calls will cost you 10¢ per minute. Texters will have to pay 10¢ to send and 5¢ to receive a message.

No, VZW's inpulse plans are $1 a day whether you use it or not. This plan is very similar to the T-Mobile To Go Sidekick plan.

Verizons are only $1 a day on the day you use it and 10 cents per minute or text. If you only use it for text and dont make any calls then the $1 is not charged for that day.
