Popular Everalbum photo app is now available for Android

One of the most popular photo gallery apps for iPhone, Everalbum, has finally come to Android.

The Everalbum photo gallery brings together your local photos, Google Photos, Facebook pictures and Instagram snaps into one and organizes them by album and time in a neatly manner. It also has a separate tab for videos and is a simple and very convenient way to see your images.

"It’s about organizing, and aggregating and making sense of [your photos] – about finding those important moments in your life, and making it really easy to organize them for you," says Everalbum co-found Andrew Dudum. "It’s a very different product from a cloud storage product, and I think that’s why it’s resonated so well with the mass market."

A couple of nice added features to the standard photo gallery experience are favorite images, as well as short animations called flipbooks, and finally the "throwbacks" feature that brings up older photos, similar to the way Facebook does.

Everalbum is a free download, but in order to use the more advanced features of the gallery (unlimited high-resolution web storage and video uploads), you'd need to sign up for the Everalbum Plus plan, which costs $10 per month or $8.33 monthly if you pay up front for 12 months.
