HTC Windows Phone 8X, 8S international release date set for November 20th
The HTC Windows Phone 8X and 8S are two of the best looking WP8 devices out there with their fun lively colors, and now we have the international release date and prices for both. The two HTC Windows Phones will make their international debut on November 20th, almost a week after the expected November 12th unveiling of the HTC 8X in the United States on Verizon Wireless.

The HTC 8X, the company’s Windows Phone flagship, is expected to cost around 500 euro ($645) to 550 euro ($710) off contract at launch.

The HTC 8S price on the other hand is much more affordable, at around $390 (300 euro).

The Windows Phone 8 operating system is finally making its official debut today and it is a huge update over previous versions, adding support for the Windows NT kernel and making it much easier to develop apps for both Windows 8 and the phone-specific version of the platform.

With it's graphics and UI, Windows8 doesn't need a quad-core processor..

You will be waiting a while, the new Windows Phone 8 OS is heavily optimized and takes full advantage of multithreading and that is why all these phones only have dual core processors, hardware companies can also cut down hardware costs due to this. Windows Phone 8 OS runs faster on a dual core cpu compared to iPhone iOS which has a quad core cpu. GO MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!
