World's Greatest T-Mobile Device!!!!!!

This is a great second phone for me. It receives a signal 99.9 percent of the time, has great speeds, slides up good, is durable, the keypad is well spaced out, it has great software, I don't dial people in my pocket, it has a great camera/camcorder, great music player, good menu system, good standard ringtones, nice graphics, a nice screen, and plenty more. The only things I really don't like about it is that I find it hard to insert a MicroSD card, when you slide it up the back falls off, and it doesn't have 3G, like the SGH-t659 has. All in all, it's a great phone, and if the SGH-t659 hadn't come around, T-Mobile and Samsung wouldn't have discontinued it. Great phone it is!

  • Great features, simple to use and easy-to-use, nice looking, not a crappy phone

samsung katalyst

This phone works pretty good. The camera is awesome. it looks like a real digital camera. And it has a memory card slot but every time you want it, you have to take out the battery which is a pain. But the battery life is amazing! I am pretty impressed with this little phone. its got pretty much whatever you need for a very cheap price. Even though T-mobile reception isnt great, this phone gets pretty good reception, so if you want a phone thats not huge, i would suggest getting the katalyst, even for your kids, this phone is hecka durable.

Love it!

I'm highly satisfied with this phone. The signal strength is surprisingly good, at least in comparison with my old Nokia 5300 Xpress Music. If you're looking to upgrade and want something that works well as a CELL PHONE (not a mobile computer or fashion statement) then this phone is perfect, honestly. It's got everything I need, it works very well, AND it looks good!
