White LG G2 for Verizon snapped for posterity

White LG G2 for Verizon snapped for posterity
With speculation that the white version of the LG G2 will be available on Thursday at Verizon, a picture of the model has just been tweeted by evleaks. While pricing for the white handset is unknown, the black LG G2 has just been jacked up $100 back to $149.99 on contract following a sale that expired Monday.  Considering that there shouldn't be any changes to the phone (outside of the color, of course!), we'd be somewhat shocked and stunned to see the white LG G2 get saddled with a higher price.

If you're planning on picking up the LG G2, well, we're sorry you missed out on the sale which we told you about back over the weekend. But we're not here to judge, only inform. We're only pointing out that since you missed the sale, might as well wait until Thursday to see if the white LG G2 becomes available so that you can have a choice of colors.

Looks really nice, though I really dislike the Verizon version of the buttons on the back. Don't know why LG changed them for the Verizon variant.

From what I got from the mgr at the vzw store right after it launched it was because of the exclusive wireless charging that only the verizon variant has. They had to move around the buttons a bit? My wife has the vzw version and she doesn't use the buttons very often anyway, great phone tho!

Matty is correct. They had to change the buttons to make room for the wireless charging. I have a G2 verizon phone. I really love it, but I too am not over joyed about the feel of the buttons. I think the location is just fine and that more phones should adopt the idea, but the feel of them is kind of awkward(on verizon model only) and you can't really tell where your finger is without looking. All and all though, the wireless charging is great and the phone itself is awsome. Coming from an iphone 4, I couldn't be more happy. Now seeing the HTC max and Nexus 5 released, I know I made the right decision for me.

who cares about logos. A logo is on your car, your laptop, your pc, your tablet, etc. and probably over 95% of cell phones have a case on them not showing the logo anyway.

Of course, it matters. Let's say you bought a Prada wallet from Macy's. Would you like to see Macy's logos on your Prada wallet?

I don't like logos either, but Bubbadoes is right, they are everywhere and on everything. When you buy a Prada wallet, do you create a subscription with Macy's where you pay them every month? If you did, I bet there would be a Macy's logo on that thing.

You are right but that's not the issue. Bubbadoes is saying who cares about the logos. I'm just saying I do. If the Prada wallet has Macy's logo on it, I probably won't buy it, even if it comes at a reduced price.

Planning on getting it thursday for my wife. Hopefully it is for sale at Wirefly & Amazon too because I just can't bring myself to pay $150 for it
