If you are looking for a cool way to find new and good music, this Music Map of the World by Spotify is probably what you have been looking for without even knowing.

It marks each major city or urban area in the world and shows you the most popular songs there, relative to what other regions are listening to.

Did you know that people in Boston are tuning in to Queen Elizabeth by Cheat Codes, while the cool kids in London prefer to rock out to Carry Me Home by Jorja Smith? You can also see the differences in music tastes between New York and LA, Berlin and Istanbul, and check out even more exotic locations, where Spotify has a strong presence.

Cool, right?

Currently, Spotify is the world's most popular streaming service with over 40 million paying subscribers, while Apple Music is the second most popular with 20 million.
