The HTC One M9 will most probably be available in these color combinations

We have to put out thinking caps on if we want to think of anything that we seemingly don't know about the HTC One M9. Specs, official renders, as well as pricing have been extensively leaked over the last weeks or so, leaving almost nothing to the imagination about HTC's announcement event on March 1.

Of course, when it comes to color options, HTC is not expected to surprise us - it will certainly stay true to sound logic and offer traditional color options fit for its flagship. Popular leakster @upleaks claimed that the manufacturer from Taiwan will put its faith into three different color combinations - dark gunmetal, gold, and a version with gold front paired with a silver back (probably not gunmetal).

Frankly, we don't expect HTC to surprise us in the color department in particular. We'll get to know if these will indeed end up being the color options for the HTC One M9 in the end of the week, on March 1.

Are you still excited or the numerous leaks have already made you lose your interest in the One M9?

1. Front-Dark Gunmetal/Back-Dark Gunmetal That's my favorite, ever since I bought HTC Trophy 7, I loved to see black on the HTC.

No pure silver model? These recent leaks from CyberPort look like a step back IMO I hope the actual M9 has the design that Evleaks' claiming (the ones pictured in this post)

It only looks like a step back because of the renders evleaks put out there which are beautiful. HTC is going to take a lot of flack if the phone doesn't look like those renders.

http://www.phonearena.com/news/Official-HTC-One-M9-renders-price-and-almost-full-specs-allegedly-leaked_id66262 IMO the CyberPort leaks still looks worse than the M8/M7 - no all silver model - protruding camera (but I guess Samsung, Apple, LG,... also have this issue) - the whole front glass is also protruding (will have to see in person, but I dont like the idea since it makes the phone more vulnerable)

If this is correct, then the evleaks renders( the beautiful ones with no black bar and only speaker slits) are wrong as they had a full glass front. That's kinda sad.

Yep, m9 can't have full glass in front because of boom sound. Whoever thinks this is the m9 is in the wrong.

?? The CyberPort leaks also have a full glass front See how it goes down the sides, it must be glass It cant be metal, they wont want to cut metal that thin The metal on the M8/M7 only goes across the top/bottom Also its protruding outwards too http://www.phonearena.com/news/Official-HTC-One-M9-renders-price-and-almost-full-specs-allegedly-leaked_id66262

I was talking about the metal parts on top of the speakers. They're metal; same as in m7 and 8. Here the speakers are covered by glass. This render is so freaking fake.

We cant tell which is real But what you said is very wrong, its the other way round --- Here there's a glass front But there's metal speaker grills Like on the HTC Nexus 9 --- In the CyberPort leaks its a glass front with grill holes for the speakers Look at the side bezels on the gold model, there's gold on the sides Cant be metal since the metal would be too thin and weak So its a glass front, with grill holes for the speakers Like on the M7/M8, but now its glass instead of metal

the cyberport leak was was also (poorly)photoshopped. the htc logo wasnt centered and if you go by the actual leak of the back the camera wasnt protruding.

I don't mind what's the colour, cause it's marvelous in any one. I do hope to be this model not the one with the black bar.

This isn't how the m9 will look like. Where's the place for the boom sound? There isn't any. So yea, you can stop getting excited over this concept already. We know the real deal will look much worse.

Red and blue were the best colors of the m7

actually, the small slits just above the camera is where the speakers resides which is similar to Desire eye. I really hope that this is the M9, this thing is absolutely georgeous

If renders are true then this phone is gonna rock 2015 coz the design is awesome and I like it very much with that gunmetal color. With 20MP it'll fly as 4UMP wasn't enough, it's good that 4MP has been kept on the front side.

Hopefully it looks good, if Samsung looks better than it... There goes that strategy. My main concern is that black bar with the HTC logo.

Truly beautiful... except for curved back and the hideous black bars for on screen buttons when in an app.
