T-Mobile releases its official Samsung Galaxy S5 unboxing video
T-Mobile is accepting pre-orders for the handset starting on Monday. The carrier is asking for $0 down with $27.50 due monthly for 24 months. That works out to $660. That pricing is being called a "special introductory price" that the nation's fourth largest carrier is charging up through March 31st. Starting next month, T-Mobile will probably re-work the pricing to require a down payment along with the monthly installment charges.
With this year's model, Sammy has added a heart rate monitor, a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button, and IP 67 certified water and dust proofing. Right now, you can pre-order the phone from carriers like AT&T, Sprint and U.S. Cellular. The first two are asking for $199.99 with a signed two-year pact while U.S. Cellular will reserve you a unit for $199.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate.
