While most Android users tend to stay away from anything Apple related, there are some not too shabby features of iOS that can be somewhat easily emulated on almost any Android device. Add iOS' Control Center to the list of emulatable features - thanks to Quick Control Panel, Android users can now enjoy an easily-accessible and fully customizable menu that provides shortcuts for lots of basic Android features.

What this app does is simple and effective - it brings a Control Center-like panel to your home screen, allowing you to access many of your quick toggles and control your music player of choice. Similar to Control Center, you launch Quick Control Panel by swiping up from the bottom of your screen. That's how things work, but you will likely face issues if you're using Google's new Pixel launcher or a similar feature in a third-party launcher. We often found ourselves opening the app drawer and not the panel itself.

As far as customization goes, you can change the icon pack of the quick-launch panel, as well as its colors and overall theme. You can also put a couple of favorite apps near the top of the panel, which is neat.

Aye! I'm going to try it too...! Seems pretty close to The stock Android Flavor... Though it might seem out of place on my S6, eh? Going to try it on my old Nexy first... G'Day!

Quite useless really since we already have this (for several years). And IMHO in a more logical place swipe from top to down.

This will be beneficial for phones with big screen size on one handed use.

Yeah, its more logical... Because The God Google implemented and envisioned it... Can't argue with a 'God', now can you...? Real easy, productive, sassy, simple, nice, sleek, genius, mind bomb and... Did I mention: "Sassy"...? Specially when you're wielding a 6 Incher MEGA Phablet such as your beloved Huawei Mate 8... And things get even more easier when you've small tiny little paws... Bravo Google... You've nailed it... [Android Fanboys are the 'wisest' bunch, eh Green...?] Oh well... G'Day!

They could've added customisation to toggle between up, right and left. That way, It'll be more Pixel friendly.

For 'Top, Up and Left' gestures for your quick settings toggle, Try out the ASAP Launcher... Swipe left to open "Quick Settings", swipe right to open your "App Drawer" and swipe up to open your frequently used apps... Its a nice minimalist launcher... G'Day!
