If you trade-in an eligible iPhone at the same time you make your Galaxy purchase, Samsung will toss in a $100 Google Play credit to help you load your new Samsung phone with apps and content. The iPhone models that are eligible for the promotion include the Apple iPhone 4s, Apple iPhone 5, Apple iPhone 5s, Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 6 Plus.
The promotion runs from September 25th through October 9th, and AT&T branded devices are excluded. If you're interested in having Sammy make the payments on your new Galaxy handset until 2016, click on the sourcelink to discover how you can take advantage of Samsung's largesse.

Ok so if they don't lower the price, Samsung's phones are overpriced. If they lower the price or run some promotions, Samsung is desperate and can't sell any phones. WTF is wrong with this world? Not to forget, this is the only company which has guts and cash in the bank to offer this stuff being an Android OEM.

An easier way to do this would have been to just discount all their phones by $120...

That would be more money, but beyond that, many people are too stupid to realize how close 2016 is.

ain't a hater or troll but am happy if Sammy drugs in sales esp for the note 5...so that it gets heads up together to give their consumers back in note 6 the specs they are used to especially on the note series and to stop the "apple way" sh*t in it's devices and just be the Samsung it has been ...coz that's why consumers chose them but not apple. .. hard lessons learnt from your desperate times Sammy ¡¡¡¡¡

samsung paying 120.00 of your phone cost (all S6 version or note 5) is no different from apple reducing prices of their iphones a month or two after release. all oems does it, but only a knucklehead cannot see that this is normal practice...this is not being desperate. being desperate is amazons firesale on their first smartphone attemp. some people are so clueless sometimes, and even most of the times LOL

When Apple reduce their price after 1-2 months of selling ? And i assume you're saying the discount from apple, not through third party seller because retailers might subsidies the price cut.

Apple has a lease program, there phones must not be selling. See how that works? With carriers dropping contracts, you have to provide a way consumers can still get your produxts. They are selling just fine as last quarter news stated. Samsung basically sold the same amount of phones, that doesn't sound like it's not selling. You Apple fans are just so frikkin retarded. Like Steve Jobs you guys are going to die a horrible death.
