Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge accessories to include QWERTY Keyboard Covers

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge accessories to include QWERTY Keyboard Covers
While the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge can still be considered relatively new smartphones, their successors - Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge - are reportedly already in testing (at least at AT&T in the US). Needless to say, we're all expecting the new Galaxy family to be officially announced in the first months of 2016. Until then, in case you want to know what accessories Samsung is planning to release alongside the S7 and S7 edge, SamMobile has a list of them.

Surprisingly, said list includes Keyboard Covers (EJ-CG930 and EJ-CG935) for both the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. These covers will likely be similar to the Keyboard Cover made for the Galaxy S6 edge+ (pictured in this article), thus covering the lower part of the S7 and S7 edge screens with full QWERTY keyboards.

Other Galaxy S7 and S7 edge accessories should include S View Covers (EF-ZG930 and EF-ZG935), Glitter Covers (EF-XG930 and EF-XG935), and Clear View Covers (EF-QG930 and EF-QG935).

According to current rumors, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will have two variants each, powered by either Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, or Exynos 8890 processors. The regular S7 might sport a 5.2-inch display, while the S7 edge could feature a 5.7-inch, or 5.8-inch display (thus succeeding the S6 edge+, rather than the 5.1-inch S6 edge).

no one cares about sliders or physical keyboards anymore. I used to be like you 5 years ago or even more. SwiftKey keyboard replaces any crummy physical keyboard in the heartbeat. It's about time to crawl out of your cave. It's almost 2016

While the design is horrendous, a qwerty keyboard is by no means a gimmick.

Don't mind the haters, if Samsung discovers the cure for cancer they would still call it gimmick.

They need to make the accessory as beautiful as the S6 Edge phone itself. I bet you every S7 owner will buy this thing for sure.

They should stop focusing on this crap and focus more on their actual onscreen keyboard. When i open up the keyboard and start typing the first few words has a chance of feeling laggy which is very annoying as there is is a change a letter won't register. This is one thing i will give phones, Their keyboards are near flawless when it comes to lag

That's one ugly design, this is either photoshopped or they were having fun chopping up old qwerty phones. I doubt Samsung would fall that low in design.

Nope. That's the actual qwerty keyboard Samsung released along with Note5 and S6 Edge +. I never thought an accessory can make Note5 look so bad but Samsung proved me wrong.
