Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime+ trademarked in South Korea

2comments

Samsung has been granted a trademark for a Galaxy Grand Prime+ smartphone. While not that much is known about the handset, we do have a model number (SM-G523F) and a brief spec sheet that includes a quad-core 1.4GHz CPU, 1.5GB of RAM, and Android 6.0.1 as the operating system.

Previously, the Galaxy Grand Prime+ was granted Wi-Fi certification and also showed up in GeekBench's online database. Obviously, there's a new Samsung smartphone on the way, even if it doesn't stand for a major launch.

The original Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime appeared in late 2014, sporting a 5-inch, 540 x 960 resolution TFT display, a Snapdragon 410 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel main camera and a 2600mAh battery. Clearly, there's plenty of room for upgrade in the Galaxy Grand Prime+.
