Rumored Nokia road map includes tablet and phablet
Two devices that Nokia fans have long wished for are mentioned in a rumored road map for the Finnish manufacturer. According to this tipster, a Nokia produced tablet will be launched during the last week of September. The source continues by stating that the slate will most likely be powered by Windows 8.1 because Nokia is "not confident" about Windows RT. The tablet was supposed to have been launched this month, but its delivery date was pushed back in order to accommodate the availability of Windows 8.1.

During the first week of November, if this source is on the money, we will see the long awaited Nokia phablet. We've shown you a 6 inch panel with a very thin bezel that allegedly will be employed on the device. Earlier speculation had a 6 inch Nokia phablet coming sometime next year.

This road map for Nokia lists something new coming every month for the rest of the year, starting in September with the introduction of the tablet. In October, dual-SIM Nokia Lumia models are supposed to take center stage, followed by the phablet in November. In December, there will be some other new product announcements.

We suggest taking this rumor with a grain or two of salt, although we should add that there has been talk of both a Nokia phablet and a Nokia tablet for some time. If you're partial to Nokia and today is your birthday, why not use your allotted wish when you blow out your candles and ask for this road map to come true.
