OnePlus lets you buy yourself a OnePlus One for Christmas without an invite

Remember that old, politically incorrect joke about the Jewish Santa Claus letting children buy all these wonderful presents he's brought them on Christmas eve? Funny enough, OnePlus is doing the same thing for the holidays. Instead of giving out the OnePlus One to good boys and girls, it's letting you buy its "flagship killer" without an invite until December 25. So if it is a OnePlus One that you penciled in inside your letter to Santa this year, you now stand a fair chance at getting one delivered under your Christmas tree.

The unlocked phone is on sale now for the usual price of $299 for the 16GB version and $350 for the 64GB version, which is one heck of a deal. You're getting a 5.5-inch 1080p display, a Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB of RAM, a really nice design, a 13MP main camera, and LTE support. As usual, the phone is in limited quantities. So shop early, or other good boys and girls will take away all those phones Santa and his elves built inside their Chinese factory faster than you can say "invite"!

OnePlus One the Flagship killer.... I think the only flagship it can kill is the Xperia Z series... bc Z series availability is just slightly better than OnePlus.... I have to say I was the lucky few to get Z2 when it first came out.

i would buy now. rumors of the op2 being built for the low end market scare me. not to mention even if they put out another flagship killer... there is no guarantee that it will be priced the same. in fact... i would tend to think that it will be a bit more expensive. in the end... you can always sell the one for a couple hundred and buy the two.

I've got an OPO and it's really a great flagship killer - much better built than my 'old' Note 3 for instance. Performance wise it flies with its near stock android (just with a few extras and tweaks) as ALL OEM's should bring instead of those damn awful sluggish skins...
