Nintendo's next mobile game, Animal Crossing, will be announced on October 24
Nintendo has just teased a mobile game announcement for tomorrow, October 24. The Japanese company plans to unveil Animal Crossing, it new mobile game soon to be launched on Android and iOS devices.
Animal Crossing is a very popular Nintendo game that made its debut back in 2001. In Animal Crossing, players live in a virtual village inhabited by various animals and they must carry out different types of activities such as fishing, bug catching, fossil hunting and much more.
Currently, there are four Animal Crossing games released on Nintendo's gaming machines (Nintendo 64, Nintendo DS, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS).
Nintendo's October 24 announcement will focus solely on Animal Crossing mobile games, as the company confirmed that there will be no updates on any other topics including another mobile, Nintendo Switch or Nintendo 3DS software.
Animal Crossing is likely to be available for free, in which case Nintendo will include in-app purchases. An energy system might be implemented as well.
