Motorola launches Moto Maker for the Moto 360 smartwatch
Starting today (one day after Apple announced all there is to know about its Watch), folks in the US who want to buy a Moto 360 smartwatch can customize it with Motorola's Moto Maker service, which was previously available only for smartphones.
You have the option to choose between different cases (dark finish, light finish, or champagne gold finish), bands (leather or metal, in various finishes), and watch faces (11 of them in total).
Prices for a Moto 360 customized with Moto Maker start at $249.99, and can go up to $329.99, because the champagne gold finish costs an extra $30, while bands made out of metal are an extra $50. All in all, although the variety of colors and finishes isn't abundant, anyone can probably find a combination to suit them.
Introduced last year as the world's first smartwatch with a circular display (though not fully circular), the Motorola Moto 360 seems to be the best-selling Android Wear device thus far. Have you bought one? Or do you plan to get one at some point? If you do, reading our Moto 360 review will let you know more about the device.
