The Apple Watch is pretty great at being a smart-watch, but what it offers in design and software polish, it sadly cannot match in awe-inspiring battery life. It will take a few generations of the device before Apple works out a way to extract truly impressive longevity out of the tiny battery that goes into the Watch. But upcoming software updates should make the situation better for Watch owners.
