HTC Explorer is set to arrive in the UK on October 31st
Very recently, the HTC Explorer made its official debut as a budget conscious Android powered smartphone that packs all the functionality of its siblings – while rumored to cost somewhere below the $290 mark.

Unfortunately, there was no mention about its actual release date, but rather, we were given the tease of it launching sometime in Q4 in markets like Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. However, we’re able to get find a firm release date of October 31st thanks to online retailer Clove. As much as some will accept a concrete date, we’re still in the dark when it comes to pricing.

Nevertheless, it shouldn’t be too much of a bother after taking into consideration its entry-level offering. For something featuring things like a 3.2” HVGA display, 600MHz processor, and 512MB of RAM, it would be unlikely for it to be on the costly.
