The HTC 8X launches Friday from AT&T

Tomorrow is Friday and it is also the expected launch date for the HTC 8X for AT&T. The carrier is offering the 8GB version of the phone in California Blue and Limelight (yellow) for $99.99 with a signed two-year contract. The 16GB model of the HTC 8X will be available in blue only for $199.99 and that signed two-year pact. It should be pointed out that the limelight option for the 8GB model is exclusive to AT&T. The phone can be bought online or in AT&T stores.

Of course, what is good news without a cloud here and there trying to rain on your parade. It seems that the only one of the three SKU's to actually be in stock tomorrow is the 8GB version of the HTC 8X in blue. The other two models can still be ordered Friday, but are not expected to ship until next week.

AT&T's exclusive Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 powered model is expected to launch this Sunday.
