Almost two weeks after the official announcement, Google has started to ship some
Pixel 2 and
Pixel 2 XL pre-orders. If you're one of the many customers who placed an order with a shipping date on or around October 17, then it's worth checking your email.
Depending on when exactly you've pre-ordered the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL, your device might ship sooner or later. If you haven't placed your pre-order in the first week after the official unveiling, chances are that your Pixel smartphone won't ship this week.
You'll be able to tell when exactly Google will ship your phone the moment your card is charged for the purchase of the
Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL. After that, it should take longer than 24 hours to receive a shipping notification.
If you did not pre-order the Pixel 2 or Pixel 2 XL and waited for
reviews to arrive, then you should know that orders for either of the two smartphones are now shipping by October 29, so you'll have to wait a while longer.
