Google Now will now show you information about your hotel reservation
If you made a hotel reservation, and had the confirmation sent to your Gmail account, Google Now can now send you some information about the area surrounding your hotel. You can ask to see a list of restaurants by your hotel, or ask for directions to it. You will also receive a Google Now card with information about your stay, including the dates of your reservation.

The Google Now search will be helpful before or during your stay. Of course, you will have to allow Google Now to run through your Gmail so that it can grab the pertinent information about your reservation.

With word that Hilton will allow you to use your smartphone to unlock any room on one of its properties by 2016, smartphones will soon become an even more indispensable part of your trips.

This is new. Google Now can give you information about places to go, things to do, and where to eat, all located in close proximity to your hotel. Regards, Alan F.

I hear Google Now can even tell you how much to tip the pretty hotel maid.

Wouldn't be surprised if its true. Google just needs to access his/her Badoo account and based on the likes received on her profile Google can determine how hot she/he is, if she has more likes then yours then it will ask to you tip more then usual and vice versa. I better patent this sh!t.

It already does it... I made a reservation with and it showed me a card the day of the check-in with the check-in time and the road to the hotel...
